A terrific example of a classic Regency period piece, now professionally & sympathetically restored and in very good condition, the chair with a shaped backrest and twin bar-back, united by a concave shaped splat, S-shaped rear supports and sabre front legs, extravagantly scrolled arms, adjustable height footrest, removable restraining bar and original cane seat, connected through the single stretcher to a detachable raised stand on 4 remarkable sabre legs, this wonderful child's chair will delight in any family home, whether period-furnished or contemporary in style and whether or not you permit a visiting toddler to use it!
